These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and winrupee ("the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on winrupee, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

winrupee is strictly for players aged 21 years and above. No exceptions apply. Providing false age information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Each individual Pakistani player is permitted to hold exactly one winrupee account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of bonuses and winnings derived from the duplicate registration.
All transactions on winrupee are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winrupee accepts JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Withdrawal eligibility requires account verification (KYC). winrupee processes verified withdrawals within 1–4 hours.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. winrupee reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to have been opened by a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all deposits returned where practicable, and all winnings forfeited.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one active winrupee account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using different devices or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, winrupee reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit bonus funds and any winnings obtained through the duplicate accounts, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms. winrupee will rely on the information provided at registration when processing KYC verification and withdrawals.
winrupee's services are directed at Pakistani players. Players from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register or use the Platform. It is each Player's sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winrupee login credentials, including your username and password. All activity conducted through your account — including all deposits, bets placed, and withdrawals requested — will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified winrupee of unauthorised access in writing prior to the activity occurring.
If you suspect that your winrupee account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify winrupee immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. winrupee will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation. winrupee accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to exercise reasonable care over their login credentials.
winrupee reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any Player at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo identification, together with proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. winrupee may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as permitted under applicable regulations. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact winrupee support.
winrupee accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. winrupee reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion and will notify Players of material changes via the Platform.
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's winrupee account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours to appear depending on the processing time of the Player's bank or financial institution. winrupee does not charge fees on deposits; however, the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which winrupee accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests from verified winrupee accounts are processed within one (1) to four (4) hours of submission. Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be subject to additional review periods. winrupee reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit on the same account, in order to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply on winrupee and are displayed within the Player's account cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and account status. winrupee reserves the right to amend transaction limits at any time, with changes taking effect from the date of publication on the Platform.
PKR Note: All winrupee balances, deposits, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). winrupee does not operate in any other currency. Currency conversion is not available on the Platform.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by winrupee are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms, which are published alongside each individual promotion. By accepting any bonus, the Player agrees to the specific terms of that promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.
Bonus funds credited to a winrupee account must be wagered through the applicable wagering requirement multiple (e.g., 30x, 40x) before any withdrawal of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period.
winrupee actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses via multiple accounts, using low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and collusion between Players to meet wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is identified, winrupee reserves the right to void all bonus funds, void any winnings derived from abused bonuses, and suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s).
winrupee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by Players at the time of the change.
All casino games available on winrupee use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all winrupee games are final once the game round is complete. winrupee does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the Platform.
All sports bets placed on winrupee, including PSL cricket markets and other sporting events, are governed by winrupee's Sports Betting Rules, which are published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail with respect to sportsbook matters.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure during a game round or bet, winrupee reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Player's account. winrupee's decision regarding the outcome of technically compromised game rounds is final. Malfunctions do not give rise to any valid claim for winnings.
winrupee applies maximum win limits on individual game rounds and sessions, as displayed in the applicable game rules. Any purported winnings in excess of the stated maximum win limit will be capped at the maximum. Players are advised to review the maximum win terms of each game before playing.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on winrupee. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent ban from the Platform:

winrupee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from scheduled maintenance, unexpected downtime, or events outside winrupee's reasonable control, including but not limited to power failures, telecommunications disruptions, or acts of government.
Any Player may request closure of their winrupee account at any time by contacting winrupee support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for their most recent deposit, subject to completion of KYC verification.
winrupee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where winrupee determines in its reasonable discretion that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or where closure is required by regulatory obligation. In such cases, winrupee's liability is limited to the return of verified real-money deposits where required by law.
winrupee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the winrupee Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not affect Player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the winrupee Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If a Player does not accept the amended Terms, they must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
